Yuanjing Energy-Gansu Minqin Hongshagang 300,000 kW Wind Power Generation Project

The 300,000 kW wind power generation project in Hongshagang, Minqin, Gansu Province is one of the major provincial construction projects in 2022. It is located in Hongshagang, Minqin County, Gansu Province, where the scenery resources are rich and the desert, Gobi and desert areas are vast. It is one of the areas with the best basic conditions for developing new energy in China, belonging to the first-class light resource area and the third-class wind resource area.

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the project, -Zephyr®BIES, the thermal runaway suppression system of Zephyr lithium battery, and the station-level display and control device are customized, and the energy storage fire prevention and control system solution of "PACK-level detection +PACK-level suppression" is implemented.

The solution adopts modular design and one cabinet and one management, which can solve the problem of system failure caused by single point failure.

In addition, the display and control host not only integrates basic functions such as emergency start and stop, automatic manual switching, acousto-optic alarm, silencing and reset, but also provides more communication modes and extended functions.

Through various COmmunication modes such as RS485, CAN bus and fire-fighting bus, the display and control host can be linked with other safety devices, such as co, smoke, temperature and other composite detectors, so as to realize timely response and handling of fire, abnormal temperature and other safety events; Through the integration with the fire fighting system, the display and control host can automatically trigger the fire alarm, start the fire extinguishing device and other emergency measures to ensure the safe operation of the energy storage cabin.

In terms of extended functions, the display and control host is connected with the station-level display and control device through RS485 to meet the requirements of regional interconnection. The station-level display and control device remotely monitors and controls the display and control host, suppression host and detector in the whole project in the form of graphical display, so as to realize centralized and visual project management. The system can collect the alarm failure, spraying and other information of the display and control host and display the graphics on the monitoring main interface. At the same time, the system can start and stop the spraying action of any equipment in the control alarm area in the system, and view the current parameter values of the detector in real time.

In addition, the station-level display and control device also supports the functions of data storage and conditional query, which can record the historical operation data and event records of the system, making it convenient for users to conduct fault investigation and system analysis.

All the units in this project are produced by Yuanjing Minqin Intelligent Fan Manufacturing Base. After completion and commissioning, it is estimated that 250,000 tons of standard coal can be saved every year, and the emission of emission reduction gas will reach more than 800,000 tons. This will certainly play a positive role in social and economic development, industrial green transformation and upgrading, achieving the goal of "peak carbon dioxide emissions, carbon neutrality" and ecological civilization construction.
