Vision Energy-100MW/138MWh Vision Smart Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System in Jurong Island, Singapore
On February 2nd, the largest energy storage system (BESS) in Southeast Asia was officially opened in Singapore. This is the fastest energy storage system of the same scale in the world, with a capacity of 285MWh, which can meet the daily electricity demand of more than 24,000 households with a single charge, and is the key to supporting Singapore's transition to clean energy.
The project adopts the 100MW/138MWh Vision Smart liquid-cooled energy storage system of Vision Energy, and the leading fire prevention and control system solution of energy storage lithium battery is provided by Zhefu Smart. The products include composite lithium battery fire alarm detection device and internal storage pressure perfluorohexanone fire suppression device, which provides thermal safety guarantee for the commercial operation of the project.
In terms of system integration, with the help of Zhefu's participation, Yuanjing Smart Liquid-cooled Energy Storage System has been certified by Singapore fire protection EI120 standard, which makes Yuanjing the only energy storage enterprise in China to obtain this standard at present. The standard requires that the cabinet should not leak fire within 120 minutes after the fire in the system container, and the external temperature rise should not exceed 180 degrees Celsius, which is much higher than the domestic industry average.
